Chardon Laboratories was founded in October of 1965 and incorporated in 1966. Chardon Laboratories specializes in HVAC waterside management and has a water management program that places an emphasis on minimizing energy, water, sewer, and chemical costs for our customers.

On March 23, 1992, Chardon opened its new Corporate Service and Research Center. Regional expansion necessitated the construction of the research and quality control laboratory which operates with an emphasis on service, technological research, and product development.

There are exciting times ahead for the employees of Chardon Laboratories. Obtaining our ISO 9000 certification in July 1997 shows our commitment to providing a quality service to our customers. The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) instituted in 1996 will enable Participating Employees of Chardon Laboratories, Inc. to share in the growth and prosperity of Chardon Laboratories, Inc.
